Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

We ship from our home based studio in San Antonio, Texas within 48 hours after cleared payment and sent via USPS Ground Advantage Mail, most destinations take about 2 to 4 days.

Return policy

No returns and refunds on personalised items unless we made a mistake or item is damaged. The buyer has to provide proof of evidence such as a photo of the item.

All other items must be returned 14 days after the buyer received the item.
Returned items have to be in original condition.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

USPS does experience rerouting and delays from time to time so we are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages incurred in the shipping process.

Please make sure the name for printing on the item is spelled correctly prior to submitting your order. We cannot alter the name or your address, after your order is submitted. Please make sure to verify all is correct! We cannot be held accountable for name or address errors.

If your parcel is returned because of incorrect information about the address or if you forgot to receive it, we can send it back, but you will need to pay the shipping cost again.

You can claim a lost or damaged parcel at USPS because an insurance of $ 100.00 is included.

We will not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized custom orders.
