Shipping policy

Our processing times take 10 to 15 working days, please do not order if you need the item like in the next day. Once order is finished processing, we will dispatch item with ensured shipping of FedEx or DHL. Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days depending on your location. Thank you for your support

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

We will gladly accept any returns or exchange within 30 days of delivery. In order to qualify for an exchange or refund the item must be returned in its original condition and unused and unaltered. If there are any issues on your order or to request a return and refund or replacement kindly contact us on Bonanza messaging first before returning or leaving a negative review and we will do our best resolve the issue. Items that arrive faulty or not as described qualify for a return or refund, we will not accept returns for reasons such as “just changed my mind” and no returns are accepted on custom made orders unless its factory fault, please do make sure all your measurements and requirements are correct when placing a custom order.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Time – 30 days from the time item is delivered to return you may submit your refund request

Do you accept Custom and personalized orders?

We accept custom and personalized request, please send us a message with your request we will be able to assist you with a quote and turnaround

Is there manufacturer warranty

Yes we have 3 months manufacturer warranty on all our diamond jewelry. which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and the labor required to repair them. We cannot warranty any stones that we did not furnish.

Ring Resizing

We will gladly re-size a ring purchased from us for up to 1 month for a nominal fee.
You will be responsible for shipping charges when sending an item to us for re-sizing.
Re-sizing will take approximately 2-7 business days.
Eternity Ring cannot be re-sized. Eternity rings incorrectly ordered with the wrong size does not fall under warranty. If you decide to return an eternity ring that does not fit a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Stone Replacement

We will replace a missing diamond or gemstone on certain jewelry for up to 3 months after purchase, FREE of charge. This warranty excludes any jewelry merchandise that has lost a single diamond or gemstone with a total weight of 0.12 carat or larger.

Jewelry not covered under warranty

Please be aware that our 3-month warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover the following:
General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, nicks or missing stones.
Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered.
Fading/chipping of the material on the product (which depends almost entirely on how you handle the product).
Lost or stolen parts.
Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the item while in the possession of the consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
