Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

We ship Worldwide, using UPS, USPS or FedEx for all domestic shipments.
For Domestic and International shipments alike, we use heavy, thick-walled UPS and FedEx Approved shipping tubes to ship all items that are rollable. For items that must be shipped flat, additional shipping fees may apply.
Attention International Buyers, Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

In the event that the package arrives damaged due to improper handling by the carrier, please refuse the package and contact us immediately. We require that all returns be packed exactly as they were received. If the item is returned damage due to poor/improper packing, no credit will be issued. All returns must have our authorization. Any items returned without our authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
